Shipping & Delivery

At Takshora Luxury Furniture, we craft and package each piece of solid wood furniture with maximum care to ensure it reaches your home in flawless condition. Please read our Shipping & Delivery guidelines below.

1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Threshold

• We provide Free Shipping across India for all orders above ₹50,000.
• For orders under ₹50,000, flat shipping charges of ₹1,500 to ₹3,000 are applicable, depending on the delivery region and the weight of the furniture items. The exact shipping fee is calculated and displayed on the checkout page before payment.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Because premium solid wood furniture requires seasoning, hand-carving, and finishing, our processing times are slightly longer than standard off-the-shelf goods:

• Standard Catalog Items: Dispatched within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery takes an additional 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination city.
• Bespoke / Custom Orders: Crafted made-to-order and dispatched within 15 to 25 business days. Our customer support team will provide regular WhatsApp updates with pictures of your furniture during production.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 7 to 15 business days for standard orders, and 20 to 30 business days for custom bespoke orders.

3. Packaging & Safety

All furniture is packed using multi-layer protection: bubble wraps, thick foam sheets on edges, corrugated cardboard casings, and an external wooden crate box for large items (such as dining tables and solid wood beds) to eliminate any transit damage.

4. Delivery Conditions & Doorstep Delivery

• Delivery partners deliver the shipments directly to your doorstep. If your building does not have a functional elevator or if the package does not fit inside the elevator, delivery will be completed on the ground floor.
• If you require manual carrying to upper floors, please arrange local help or notify us beforehand so we can request the delivery agency (additional local charges may apply).

5. Order Tracking

Once your furniture is dispatched from our Jaipur studio, a tracking number and courier tracking link will be automatically sent to your registered email address and updated in your Account Dashboard. You can monitor the package journey in real-time.
